I have had my taxes done here for years, and will continue to do so in the future. They are always done quickly and I appreciate that they take time to review everything with you when you bring in your paperwork to make sure everything you need is there. Their prices are reasonable, (I have had personal and small business taxes done) and Gerald I particular has always done a great job.They lose one star due to their current admin assistant. During every visit I made to the office this season she was rude and unhelpful. If the accounting services were not what they are, I would not return due to her lack of professionalism and unpleasant attitude. On one visit she was questioning another customer loudly about her income in the waiting area in front of myself and several others. On another occasion she scolded my children (who are 3 and 4) for making noise because “someone is being hypnotized” (I assume this was happening in a different business/part of the building?)I am not usually the type to write negative reviews, and in general I am very pleased with Smarttax, but every interaction I had with this woman was unpleasant to the point that I felt like something needed to be said. We have been going to Smart Tax for a few years now and are going again this year. We have had concise, accurate professional service all the time. Aaron and Hamil have been helping be with both my corporate and personal taxes for years, they are responsive and helpful and always prompt me for all the info required. Highly recommended.
