I have used Smartstrat for a number of years now to assist with me business. The service is nothing but excellent and supersedes any previous company I have used. They don’t just answer the phone......on receiving a call they ask questions to find out what the call is regarding and by doing this it sort the wheat from the chaff and allows me to focus on the serious calls. If you are thinking of using Smartstrat, consider this......how many times have you called a company and when it either rings out or goes to answer machine? Fantastic service, when I set my business up I was networking and in meetings a lot. Juggling a lot of plates. My phone voice mail was just not cutting the mustard. I missed a few calls from potential customers and well I couldn’t afford to miss these calls, especially when I was just starting up!
