Jonny was very competent fro the very moment I enquired for a quotation. He was a very good communicator and I received the quote the same day. This was the first place I saw online, I left an email and was called back. I asked a few questions and a rep visited me the following day. He explained everything that would happen, told me what my costs cover and explained what they might not cover (I didn't pay anymore than I was quoted as the floor was in good shape). A really nice guy tuned up a couple of weeks later at the appointed day and time, worked incredibly hard for 2 long days and delivered me a beautifully finished amazing floor. Danny and Bartek have now worked on 2 wooden floors for me. The first was a repair of a water damaged oak floor, with a sand and seal. Danny came to quote me for the work. I found Danny to be decent and reliable. He did not try to overcharge me. He delivered his side of the bargain. The work was carried out by Bartek, who is a master craftsman. The floor looked simply fabulous at the end of the work. For the 2nd job, 6 months later, having made the connection with Danny and Bartek, I was prepared to entrust them with a much bigger, 72 Sq metre new wooden floor. Again, Danny was perfectly reasonable in the negotiations over price and other terms. And Bartek was ever the star. His work inspires confidence. Bartek raised a large bedroom floor which had sunk by 8 cm to one end. He did excellent work on the supporting joists. Engaged Danny and the Team to restore old Victorian floorboards in a house we have just purchased. Remarkable results, going from awful to outstanding after Danny & Bartek had finished. There are a couple of knots in the wood that after 20 years of neglect were really sucking up the varnish we had chosen, so they have even promised to come back in a few weeks once they’ve settled down to re-treat these small areas again. I just had my floors done by Danny and his crew, and they did an amazing job. I had several guys come out to do estimates but decided to go with Danny because he seemed to really know what he was talking about. He was very good communicator, professional, understood all of my concerns, gave me lots of free advice, and in the end his pricing was very reasonable, so I went ahead with them. I had to be out of town during construction which made me a bit nervous, but when I came back my new floors looked just absolutely perfect. I found "Smart Floor Sanding London" when I was searching on line. Danny came to our house soon after I contacted him. He quoted us a reasonable price for the job and the work started a few weeks later. As we had removed a wall between two rooms, the parquet floor needed stitching and joining together; the part that I was worried about. However, it was really unnecessary, as the joint that has been done by Bartek so beautifully almost you cannot see it.The whole team was very professional and friendly.
