Great service. Other companies had quoted to replace two not very large windows but when Russell visited he assured me that I did not need to replace the windows but that all that was needed was to replace the mechanisms. Russell arrived when he said he would and did the job quickly and cleanly in no time, he is a friendly and honest guy, one you can definitely trust to give the right advice, he saved me a lot of money as well.
