I ordered a mobility scooter for my mother in law in the UK. And it has been one and a half years, and it is working properly and still like new. After viewing TGA's site, i;d decided I wanted a Breeze S4, so I looked at the list of TGA sellers, and picked Smart Mobility at random, i'm glad I did, the courteous service both from Balba at Smart and his delivery agent was fantastic, and importantly after all the add on's I saved a LOT of money, it didn't end there though, with Balba keeping in touch during the building of the scooter and after delivery with help and advice filling in the req'd paperwork (not your usual sell and forget the buyer, salesman) and the Breeze well…. . Having never heard of Smart Mobility and always wary about buying online we called them to check before purchase. Balba couldn't have been more helpful with the information provided and follow up phone calls on the progress of our order - 2 Eclipse scooters. Delivery was exceptionally good with personal service (Balba you know why!) and concise instructions on how to get the best service out of the batteries. We could not be more pleased and would certainly recommend this company to anyone. I initially placed my order for a mobility scooter online. I quickly recieved a call from Balba, the proprieter, to say that although he could source me the model I had ordered he would be a little reluctant to sell it to me as that particular model was no longer being imported. He also suggested a number of other scooters that would suit my needs. I explained to him that at 39 years old and with a young family I found using a mobility scooter embarrassing but a necessary evil to enable me to continue being involved with family cycling excursions and other days out and that I was looking for something that looked as far removed from a traditional mobility scooter as was possible. Balba agreed that my original choice fitted the bill and that he would investigate sourcing one for me. I had a call the next day to tell me that the only one left available was a 2 year old factory demonstrator and that although it would still be fully guarateed and was in mint condition he still wouldn't be happy supplying it although it would be my choice. After some further discussion Balba offered me a fantastic deal on a TGA Vita which I really couldn't refuse. Balba drove the 270 miles from Luton to Bodmin to deliver the scooter personally and spent time with me making sure that I was happy with my purchase and that I knew how to operate it correctly and safely. I am now the proud owner of a bright orange TGA Vita and I am no longer embarrassed to be seen on my scooter. I cannot recommend Balba and his company highly enough.
