Customer service was excellent. They completed the order in matter of 2 days. Price was also affordable and order was how I wanted however just one downfall was on the colour of the picture. Wanted pure black however didn't come out as that colour. But picture was printed well on my mug. Hopefully they can improve on that as they grow. More...

Gem! Great quality photos, fast and friendly service, excellent prices! I have previously paid 2x more in Snappy Snaps for passport photos and had to redo the printing as the photos looked completely different from what was on my computer screen (and I colour-calibrate my screen as I am a photographer myself).
