We got in contact with the company for the listing, and this is where we met Kris! Right from the start Kris was very friendly and personable. She helped us new time home renters through the process very smoothly. Kris with smart pad property management has made our renting experience very positive and delightful! Whenever we had an issue with something Kris and her crew were there at our door step ASAP to help us fix and improve the problem. We first met and worked with Gavin to buy our Puyallup home, and he was fantastic. As first time home buyers we were nervous and unsure of so many things but his honesty and no nonsense attitude were amazing and we felt so lucky to be working with him. Fast forward a year, and a sudden career change took us out of Puyallup and we were left trying to figure out what to do with the home we had purchased. Due to the rental market in the Puget sound we opted to explore the option of keeping it as a rental and finding a property manager. So, of course, after our first great experience Gavin was who we called. Needless to say we have been so happy with our decision to work with Gavin and Smart Pad Property Management with managing our rental. Kris, the person who has actually been managing our rental, has been fantastic and has efficiently and effectively handled everything from finding tenants, prepping the apartment for renters, and handling maintenance issues. Not only that but the communication through out some of the mishaps with prepping our rental was top notch with me always in the loop and never having to wait long for a response to any correspondence.Really, I can not recommend them enough.
