Seeing the look on someone's face when I resolve a technical challenge for them or show them how to do something they've been struggling with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration for the business was provided by Graham's mother who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. He supports her with smart home technology to help maintain her independence for as long as possible.
