We initially found Smart Homes Electrical to do some minor electrical repairs in our flat and really liked how easy it was to get in touch with Rich about the work. As we were happy with the cost and the standard of the work, we asked Rich to quote for rewiring of a 3bed house. Nothing was too much trouble, and Rich would respond to texts and calls quickly - even at weekends! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smart Homes Electrical, and I'd use them for future works on the house. The main bulk of the job didn't take long, and any queries or issues, Rich consulted with us before carrying out the work. It was clear that Rich had a heavy workload, but he always turned up when he said he would and would fit in with our renovation schedule, where many of our trades people didn't. Much appreciated!! "Smart Homes Electrical team fitted solar panels on my garage roof about 5 years ago. I was impressed with the quality of their work and have been heartened by the match between their projected figures for electricity generated and savings made. I was pleased to ask them to return recently to upgrade the inverter, to fix an optimiser to each of my 15 panels and to arrange for surplus electricity to heat the hot water cylinder (saving on the gas bill).They completed this work speedily and very effectively. Been let down a few times with electricians so was a bit skeptical.Seen an advertisement on TV for trades people so thought we'd give it a try. Got an email back the same night (it was late at night when I got in touch with them) and they rang me the next day, came out to have a look at work to be done AND got a quote back all within the same week.Within the following week all work completed.We are so happy with the work they've done.The 2 lads that did the work Dean and his colleague were brilliant, they didn't do anything or assume anything without asking, proper professionals and very polite. Lack of true professionals in the trade and as I have served a full apprenticeship along with on site training I couldn't wait to work on my own.
