What do you love most about your job?
I love the challenges each project brings giving you the opportunity to work with various people with different experience where we all can learn from each other. I love the achievement feeling knowing I've performed and made good profit on the contract just as I was employed to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years within the construction industry I feel my business is moving forward with the times in the way we present our work making it user friendly. We are constantly working on innovation ideas and advocate for greener working, efficient working and diversity inclusion.

We also present our work to a high standard which is easy to understand for anybody making it easy for any surveyor or director to use and understand.

We are dedicated to providing a sustainable environment and are committed to working remotely where possible, this will help on carbon emissions and improve work efficiency making sure the client gets value for money.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are currently working from Home and we have set up remote working via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
This has helped us work better with our stakeholders as we have scheduled in dates for all members to attend. If we have to attend site all our operatives are able to wear mask and have been adaptable to the government guidelines throughout the pandemic.
Estimating
We have a team of qualified quantity surveyors ranging form trainee, assistant, senior and RICS qualified who can help you discover your costs of any construction tender main / sub-contractor, ranging from loft and roof extensions, refurbishments, new build residential and commercial developments. We offer detailed pricing documents, scope of works packaged in a way no other company offers can match using the latest smart tech making tendering simple for people with no construction experience to understand.
Project Management
We provide a quantity surveyor who will oversee the works of any contractor you hire, ensuring that they meet the planning conditions and building control requirements. A lot of builder’s lacks knowledge of how to deliver the building as per an architect’s specification, therefore requiring good Health & Safety practice, Quality Assurance and guidance in order to drive the project in the right direction. We will also manage any package from tender to final account raising payment notices in line with the contract agreement, this will be driven by weekly or fortnightly progress meetings which will be done online saving costs on travel create competitive workshop rates.
Supply Chain Consultancy
We have over 200 companies ranging from main contractors to sub-contractors who we can advise to companies to use to ensure prices are always competitive. We have used these companies before and can be trusted to deliver the project you want to succeed.
We will give you the benefit of having access to our supply chain. Our suppliers are registered on construction line and have been credit checked to mitigate project value against company turnover. Our supply chain has a high level of understanding of current building regulations and legislation including health safety issues and have funds to cash flow your project without causing any delays to the project’s completion.
Our connections with our supply chain mean we can source materials and labour at a price which is of better value for our clients.
Architect Services
Architect
Our architectural services range from us designing your desired product which can be viewed via QR code, which will pull up a 3D-Model of the building so you can get a visual experience at any moment. Our architect has experience in both residential and commercial buildings and can use Building Information Modelling to ensure no clashes of trade components are present on site.
Our architect can help you develop your product and arrange planning permission, whether you desire a loft conversion, extension or if you’ve bought land with intentions to develop a new build.
