I would give 10 stars if possible! We boarded our bunny, Coco for almost a week and they took excellent care of her. They even set up a play pen to make her area bigger and sent me pics. It is very clean and friendly there. She even caused some mischeif, getting into her bedding but they still loved her. She had plenty of room to play and food to eat. Great place to bring your pets. We love Milton Manor! Our dogs are always well cared for and are always happy to go when we have to go out of town. The cameras are a nice for when we are really missing our pups. We have 3 large dogs who are always well loved and we enjoy going away knowing they are treated right. Nice boarding facilities...Cats get their own personal "closet" sized rooms that have windows so they can see outside and shelves at various heights for climbing. ..much nicer that just a cage...Very nice staff as well More...

Boarded two cats and a dog. Cats had separation anxiety but were in good hands. The dog had a great time. We were excited to know we could look in on him. The cameras were a nice thought but really were not great quality, when they were working, but I hear they are being replaced. Staff were great, very helpful. First step to epic vacation: book you pups stay at the Resort! We cannot wait to see you guys! Woof woof! Repeat boarder, two “puppies” and I completely feel at ease the moment I drop them off with Cassie and Sierra. I cannot say enough positive things about the facility and staff. I feel that you receive amazing value, facility spotless and clean (no scent of urine), all of the pups there “sound” so happy no one crying! Our pups have been there now approx 3x and upon returning 2nd time, the 3rd time too, the pups actually got as excited as they do for the dog park! Cassie even take the extra step to “make” their bed prior to them walking into their room! I walk out feeling so happy, thankful, and lucky that a place like Milton Manor Pet Spa and Resort is here for us. I love Milton Manor. I’ve been boarding my dogs there for over 9 years and I never want to leave them anywhere else. The dogs are happy to be dropped off with people they’re familiar with and happy and tired out when they get home. Everyone that works there has been kind, helpful and accommodating. I feel like they love my dogs as much as I do. The facility is always clean and all of the animals look happy and cared for when I see them. I can't believe I have waited this long to thank the wonderful people at Milton Manor for all the care have given my dog, Pip, over the past three years. Pip has been a regular at daycare since he was five months old. He has boarded there several times (sometimes for long stretches). He also is groomed at Milton Manor several times a year. As far as he is concerned, Milton Manor is his other home. The entire staff treat Pip like part of the family. We've been bringing our fur babies here for about 4 years now and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Excellent place to leave your dog. The staff takes great care of you dog. My dog just stayed there for 9 days. He also goes to day care there once a week. He seems to know when it's Wednesday because he starts whining and running to the door because that's the day he goes to day care. The staff here has gone above and beyond for us. Any special request we have, they have accommodated so that we would feel comfortable with our dog’s boarding. I’ve been bringing my dog Ghost here for over a year. The place is clean, they have inside/outside rooms and, their own grooming facilities. Their activity packages are very nice as well. All of the staff that I have had interactions with have been respectful and very accommodating. It’s a bit expensive but, not having to worry about your pets happiness or safety is worth the price. PEACE OF MIND,.,. book your pet's stay now! I have a 2 yo male lab mix very shy of people, likes pets and a 7 mo female lab mix very shy of people, likes pets, and we haven't taken a single vacation away from them until I found Milton Manor Pet Spa & Resort via coworker's referral. Facility is spotless, state of the art, and smells/feels so welcoming to pets and owners! The staff cares about your animal just as much as you do--they understand what owner's need to feel comfortable leaving their fur-babies at the Resort and they exceed all expectations. With this said, you pay for quality and peace of mind. I recommend them to everyone. From initial visit to see facility prior to boarding dates, to drop off, a check-in call, to pick up, every aspect was 10/10. Sierra, Cassie (I'm terrible with names) but EVERYONE including the gentleman present doing some updating of the boutique, SO FRIENDLY, WELCOMING.
