All I can say is that SMART CONSTRUCTION did a great job on my roof. I received several other quotes, but Ron's was one of the most reasonable along with affordable. He took the time to talk with us, let us know when it could be done, how long it would take, and the materials he would be using. His crew was clean, efficient, polite and quick.They arrived on time at exactly 8am.It was only two days for the entire job, (removing the existing roof, and put up a new 50 year roof).It looks great. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If your garage is permitted by the city & at least two car garage most likely it will be possible to be converted into ADU/Guest house

Architect visit for measurements with drawing existing and proposed new floorplan
Submit to city for approval and getting permit for work
Once approved schedule start date for construction work

After working so many years for others i started my own business and bring the knowledge and experience with the other tools I gained over the years to the new homeowners I'm serving on each project doing the work the way I believe should be done to the benefit of the homeowners
