Small Paws Boarding is dedicated to animals, we are here 24 hours a day with cctv security, one to one care. We have a large secure exercise area for your pet to stretch their legs and run around. We also have lots of activities for them too.

Excellent service..never left our girls before but Emma put our mind at rest. Regular contact and updates. When we collected the girls they were really happy and settled and appeared very well looked after. Our dog has been here since February and loves every minute! Emma takes her time with each dog and has worked wonders with ours who had behaviour problems and a long term health condition. He comes home absolutely exhausted from all the fun he has! Emma is kind and caring, works with the owners and helps you out of all your problems. I haven’t given a review before but Emma knows first hand how
exceptionally pleased we have been to find her and her family at Small
Paws.
Max has been going to Small Paws since he was a puppy and is now 3 and
a half years old.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble. Even at short notice and out of
regular hours, Emma and her family have cared for Max and at times for
us when we as a family have gone through the darkest of times possible.
Max knows when he is going to see Emma and has made firm doggy friends,
who he loves to play with. He is always excited, stands by the front
door ready to go and we know without doubt he is very well cared for.
Life is not always easy including when you have a 24 hour a day
business, a family and a life of your own but those of us who regularly
use Small Paws know, Emma is one of the very best and we would be
extremely lost without her and her family who help care of the lots of
feathered and furry footed animals, our Max included.
I hope our review will stand together with all the other 5* reviews to
evidence that Small Paws and Emma is without doubt one of the very best
and is committed to the care and well-being of every set of Paws.

So I’m new to all of this and reviews but when I saw the ONE negative comment that had been made about Small Paws I was shocked and thought I need to leave my review.
We take our two puppies there and at first was very nervous about taking them there as they are not just pets but family, well Emma made us feel so welcome even the questions that we thought were silly Emma made us feel so at ease and reassured us all the way.
Well this was the best decision ever as me and my wife do shift work we didn’t want the girls to be locked in all day and what more can I say they absolutely love it. They know when they are going to “doggy day care” and they get so excited, Emma puts little updates on the page and when we pick them up always makes time for us and to let us know how they have got on and offers great advice.
At times shifts have been changed or I work away and we will message Emma last minute and without hesitation she just says yes and has them.
We don’t have loads of money but Emma made us feel so relaxed about payments and nothing was a problem.
I just want to thank you Emma for everything, our girls adore you and love coming to see you and spending the day with you, also my wife is extremely chilled which is even better.
You have an extremely kind heart which shows through and we are very grateful for everything you do for us. One negative comment is nothing compared to all the 5* reviews you have because you are amazing J.
Thank you again for everything and the girls are already super excited to come and see you again.

Sherlock stayed with Emma for 5 nights whilst we were away on a family holiday. It was his first time ever being away from us and he can be quite full-on so I was a bit worried about going away without him, however he was looked after wonderfully and Emma updated me on how he was whilst we were away. There were many places in Scotland I couldn't receive any news but I knew they'd be safe and sound with Small Paws, the cost is always extremely reasonable for the care and food they receive and I unreservedly recommend you book your pets in a.s.a.p. for their holidays.

Small Paws was fabulous for our two rather nervy guinea pigs, Calico and Nibbles. They settled in immediately and enjoyed their outdoor run and all the fresh veg! Emma made them feel like it was home from home in such a lovely, peaceful setting. We will defintely be using again when we need in future. My five bunnies have just spent their holidays at small paws and had a lovely time, thank you Emma for looking after Ebineza, Nutmeg, Meribel, Leola and Fudge, I always worry and feel guilty about leaving them when I go on holiday, but the regular updates and photos made it a lot easier for me knowing they were happy and well. Emma from Small Paws recently took care of my two Cats and three Bunnies, i was very worried about placing my cats in a cattery as they are 14 and 16 yrs of age,Emma so kindly visited them daily in our house where they feel most comfortable, the rabbits had been fed their usual array of fresh and dried food and even had strokes and cuddles,we were able to see lovely photos of them all,thus making our holiday so much more relaxing,brilliant prices,and very knowledgeable have recommended Small Paws to all my family and friends, cannot thank Emma enough for taking such good care of our much loved four legged family members

Don't know why I haven't reviewed Small Paws sooner! My two house bunnies, George and Vera stayed at Small Paws for 10 nights. It was the first time they'd stayed with anyone other than me or my parents so I was really nervous. Emma let me have a look around first and chatted with me for a long time beforehand. Whilst I was away Emma was fantastic with them and kept me updated whilst I was away. When I collected them they were very relaxed and happy. I couldn't recommend this boarding more. Small Animal Boarding
We have lots of accommodation available for small pets, from rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hedgehogs and much more.
We only use large RSPCA approved sized hutches and rooms, we also have larger rooms for indoor bunnies etc which are 8ftx10ft.
