What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We send a questionnaire for each project to get an idea what the customer wants to get and achieve. We generally ask for:
- Their goal for the website
- If they need an e-commerce website (selling service or items online)
- The type of website platform
- The number of pages, colours, shape etc
- The domain name they want to get or transfer
Describe your creative process.
We plan the website before we start working on it. We send the plan to the customer for verification and input. Once they are satisfied, we begin our design work. We send a link to the customer before the website is live. We incorporate any new ideas or changes they might have. We keep going if they're not happy until they are 100% satisfied.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need:
Domain names
Deposit fee payment
Contact details
A brief description of the work they need (through the questionnaire we email out)

The satisfaction I get from a beautifully designed website. Seeing a smile on the customers face. Seeing effect of the website making a difference to customers business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Small 2 High is an income generation scheme for charitable activities managed by UKiSOM. So, 100% of our income goes to charity.
Therefore, we believe in supporting small businesses with their IT and networking needs. Moreover, we train young people who are interested in IT but are Not in Employment, Education and Training (NEETs) to learn about their passion.
