Booked the cocktail area for my daughter's 21st last weekend and was delighted that it all worked out to plan. The staff went out of their way to satisfy all our requests and made helpful suggestions when I went in beforehand to sort the arrangements. I discovered they do a great lunch there and was also very pleasantly surprised on our special evening that an old timer like me was made welcome on the dance floor!! Booked an area for 26 adults & kids for pre-theatre food & drinks.The Service was fantastic from booking to leaving.Oliver was excellent and very professional in all areas. He was very organised and made my life and the experience very relaxed as it was all under control..The only negative comment was Myself & a friend were on a share platter which should have come with fries but we never got them with ours and everyone who had the skinny fries said how tasty they were Thanks to all the staff for looking after us especially the excited kids desperate to see the pantomime.
