We keep things simple here at Slice Pizza, Cornwall. We offer traditional, Italian-style pizzas, street food fresh, made to order and cooked in our wood fired ovens. Our pizzas have big flavours and delicate bases.
Our secret is in our slow-rising sour dough (which we gently make fresh every day) and carefully created homemade sauces, topped only with ingredients we are proud to serve;

The van visited our campsite at Tretham mill and we decided to give it a go. The guy who ran it was an ex F1 tyre man and decided to set up a mobile pizza business and he has done really well.
The van didn't look anything special but inside was a wood fired oven which gave us 2 delicious thin and crispy pizzas. We had monkfish and chirizo and a Cornish Yag and pear with chutney pizza. Both were really good although the monkfish pizza was lacking on the chirizo front. We actually preferred the Cornish yag and pear pizza.
They compared well to the pizzas we had had a few days previous by another Cornish wood fired pizza company , although we felt that slice were a bit more expensive.

A wonderful Monday night treat! Just up the road at Trewince Manor, a wonderful service, excellent take away and only a 3min drive away! Had a lovely chat with The Boss who clearly loves his business! We had a hot & spicy and a hoisin duck (both of them excellent, the duck perfectly sweet and spicy at the same time!). Slice Pizza provided the evening food for our wedding on the 14th September. We have had endless compliments on how amazing the pizza was, everyone enjoyed it so much. The pizzas were incredible and it was such a great menu, with amazing toppings to choose from. Many of our guests have said it was the best pizza they have had. The "Slice of the West" crew visited Merrose Farm Campsite - their friendly welcome was refreshing, professional & informative;
the ordering process simple; the smell of the pizzas cooking in the pizza oven was scrummy; overcoming a minor problem with only have had soft wood delivered the guys managed to cook a multitude of tempting and tasty pizza's to everyone waiting. Top Rate.
Not only did they creating mouth-watering pizza's but their garlic bread with cheese was lovely! I can't recommend them highly enough. Great job guys ... keep up the good work.
I look forward to freshly cooked, tasty food on our next visit.

Well...well...welllll.... this will not be 5he last time we order from you. Your menu has even taken pride of place on our fridge. You know you've made it when that happens. We ordered a 9 inch Blue Moo, pulled pork Nachos and forgot what the Mrs had. Best Pizza/meal I've had for a long time. What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for the Ferrari F1 team, my pizza sauce is fresh from the home of Ferrari.
