I am doing the half time program and loving it! If you have a busy schedule but still need help keeping on track this program is the way to go. You are not constantly in the studio but Natonnee is always reaching out to make sure you are staying on program. You weigh in weekly so there's always a face to face meeting on the weeks that you are not in the studio. You can be successful on this program and it's a great way to prepare you for when you are on your own. I would recommend this program to anyone. More...
