I started my journey with Slava and Anna 2 months ago. I had a goal to get a 6 pack. Slava did an assessment with me and set up a personal work out plan according to my goals and my physical strength. Anna helped me with my diet which actually wasn't like change of all my habits. She basically taught me how to use portion control and eat what I want. Within 30 days I was able to loose from 115 lbs to 107 lbs. I lost almost 2 inches in my belly (that was a big win win) Finally, I'm not only lost the weight in my most concerned areas but as a bonus got so much stronger in shoulder and chest areas. I absolutely will continue to work out with Slava and Anna constantly. They are amazing people who care about your goals and check on you all the time! Below are my images (3 weeks apart) More...

I can't believe I have not reviewed Slava's freedom fitness yet! Slava is the reason my boyfriend and I started on our healthy lifestyle journey back in 2016! He trained us for 2+ years when we lived in Watertown! The best part about training with Slava is that he comes to you and makes appointments on your schedule! He trained us in the gym of our apartment complex for a long time and then we transitioned to his own gym where he has any and all equipment you need! Inside he has dumbbells and kettlebells and resistance bands of course. He also uses body weight workouts and now even hosts Zumba and group classes! Outside he also has rope climb and tires to flip to get ready for obstacle races! Slava signed up and raced with us during several obstacle races to cheer us on and coach us through the obstacles! He definitely calmed my nerves during serveral 10 mile races in the heat of summer when I thought I wasn't going to make it across the finish line! Now we live in Florida but whenever we come home we always stop in to work out with Slava! Yesterday I met him at a park in Waltham for an outdoor workout which was awesome! I was introduced to Slava the summer of 2016, just as I had started working out and wasn't a person who does well working out on her own! So I needed a class or a trainer to give me that extra push. Slava has pushed me beyond my limits every single session, his approach is very mellow and subtle and is always positive! What I love about his training style is that he opens up your eyes to doing things you didn't think you could and feeds off your energy! So if he sees you are up for the challenge he will throw some fun into it and keep it exciting!    Every time I go in to workout I learn something new and I am amazed at how much stronger I keep getting! Slava's Freedoms Fitness has changed our lives! My girlfriend and I started with Slava in January 2015 as a way to stay motivated and become more focused on weight training and losing weight. When I started I couldn't even do one sit up and barely lasted through 20 minutes of a workout. It was immediately noticeable that Slava puts all his effort into tailoring workouts to each individual client and worked around our schedules and even came to our apartment to workout. He helped us build the strength and stamina to run in obstacle course races as well as road races and even signs up and pays to run with us as motivation. I even conquered a half marathon, something I thought I would never be able to do! Today, my girlfriend and I have successfully kept weight off for two years and continue to train and get stronger with Slava's freedom fitness. Like anything, you get out what you put in, but Slava makes it really easy to stay on track because he tries really hard to keep you motivated, focused, and involved in the process! More...

Slava is great!! He is patient, accommodating, reliable and a great trainer. My wife and I have been training with him for a year and can't believe the progress we've made because of working with him. He is very encouraging and challenging at the same time. Slava is awesome! I lost 35 pounds with Slava's help, I gained more confidence in my body, and measurably improved my shape! Slava varied the exercises to make sure to evenly train all parts of my body. He was always on time and came to my home in Cambridge. I have been working with Slava for almost two months and have already noticed significant changes in my strength, cardio abilities and my attitude. His workouts are hard, but they have enough variety to keep me interested and he is pleasant to work with. Because I work full time and am a full time graduate student, I really appreciate how flexable he is with time, date and locations. His willingness to work around my schedule makes is so much easier to meet my weighloss goals. He also keeps in touch with me between work outs to make sure I am staying on top of my diet and exercise between our meetings, which really helps keep me focused. This support goes a long way!
