Â Ananda's wife Erika is a rockstar hair and makeup artist so she made me look beautiful and we were able to get the whole family looking great together which is a rarity. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
As a professional photographer it's really important to me to get to know the client in the first part of the session in a relaxed environment. I like to see smiles and laughter coming from my clients before we begin shooting because that tells me that they are trusting me to do my job, and it says that the shoot is turning into a fun shoot, not a dreaded shoot... Photo shoots should be FUN!!!
Even as a pro photographer, I hate being on the other side of the lens! So I understand the importance of making sure everyone is feeling relaxed and comfortable before we begin shooting. This will enable me to capture my subjects natural expressions. There is nothing worse then a photographer that rushes a client and yells at them to force a smile!

At the end of the day I want all of my clients to be extremely happy with the images that I provide for them. I will never rush a client and I believe that honesty and integrity is the key to a long lasting client relationship.
