I am considered a senior citizen and am lucky enough to join in a small Pilates class that Steph runs.Steph is a kind and caring person and keeps an eye on what we do and the way we do it - correcting us if we are not quite right. Correction is vital in order to benefit from the Pilates moves.Pilates might look like a doddle but you certainly feel it a day or two after if you are new to it or been away from it for a while!Between Steph and the Pilates you come away, at the end of the session, with your mood lifted. I have been attending Skybody for a few years now and have tried most of their classes out and must say the classes are beneficial and good fun giving you different options so suitable for all. I have seen an improvement within my strength and fitness and always feel nicely stretched afterwards. My friend bought me a present of 3 pilates classes. I have never been active or interested in exercise. 7 months later I love doing pilates. I was nervous at first as am 5ft and overweight! But everyone is so welcoming and there are all ages, sizes and levels of fitness at each class. Our pilates teacher Steph is excellent. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she is skilled at ensuring she meets everyone's needs. Which ever exercise we are doing there are always several options. I can highly recommend Skybody - I have been doing their HIIT sessions for a little while now on a Sunday morning and Thursday evening. Really good sessions that make you feel the burn for sure! Also options to go easier if you need them so something for all levels. More recently after some advice from Steph I started doing Yoga and Pilates and I've seen a huge improvement in my flexibility, glutes and leg strength. I have been meaning to leave a review for Skybody for a while now, and can honestly say after trying most, if not all of their classes, that both Steph and Konrad are two of the most knowledgeable teachers you will find in the area. Their classes are never dull or repetitive, they always create a friendly and welcoming environment, and their enthusiasm and passion for what they teach rubs off on everyone in the class. I started doing yoga with Steph a few months ago and have seen a real improvement in my strength and flexibility since! As a physio I’m always recommending yoga and Pilates to my patients, and Steph’s classes are perfect - she always remembers everyone’s specific needs so you know you’ll be well looked after :)

You can tell that Steph truly believes in pilates as a safe and healthy way to keep fit and look after your body for the future. She draws your attention to areas to improve on and comes up with alternative exercises for when you have those niggly aches and pains that we all get from time to time. I have been going to Steph's yoga classes on a Monday since January and have already noticed what a great effect it's having on my life - no more tension headaches and more peace and calm in my usually stressed out body! ! Stephanie and Konrad are AMAZING. I cannot rave over them enough. I have attended just about every class they teach. They both give options for every level in all their classes. I personally enjoy Yoga the most. Since I have been attending Steph's class I have developed a love for exercise and find Steph really motivating. I am not an early riser normally but I have no trouble getting up when I'm going to her classes.

I can't tell you how amazing this Pilates class is! I'm a newbie and really didn't know what to expect. Steph is brilliant, talking through each move and how to engage each muscle. I am a newbie to Pilates but after attending my very first class with Steph, only 4 months ago, I knew I had found a teacher who made pilates understandable and most of all enjoyable. I am really loving Steph's classes. I had a 121 early on to grasp the basics of breathing, body alignment and working the right muscles. I stick to the most basic exercise (mainly due to back issues) during class and come away feeling nicely stretched and relaxed. I love the ambience Steph creates with scented candles burning and various music choices. Highly recommend - but come a try it for yourself! More...

Steph is incredible! She's amazing. She works every part of me and pushes me to do better. I feel fab every time! My friend wanted to give yoga a try and dragged me along for moral support. Being 46, having high blood pressure and weighing nearly 18 stone, I was barely able to reach my toes! The group was really supportive and friendly. Konrad was very encouraging, and put up with quite a lot of complaining and whinging from me. 8 months later we’re still going to yoga. At my latest health check my blood pressure was normal, I’ve lost 3 stone and my risk of a heart disease in the next 10 years is 1.4%. I can now reach my toes, feel a lot less stressed and I sleep better. I’ll freely admit to being a sloth, I don’t like exercise, but Konrad’s yoga class is perfect if you’re out of shape or want an intro to yoga. I am a total beginner to yoga and Pilates. Have always had good intentions to try it at home with a dvd but always made excuse not to do it. My GP had also suggested I do Pilates for my lower back pain.
OMG! I'm so glad I found Skybody. I wanted to try Yoga and Pilates so I message Steph, suggested I started with slow Yoga and gentle Pilates as a beginner. After going for 2 weeks I fell in love with both, so now I do yoga with Conrad and Pilates with Steph. After talking to Steph about my goals I do at least 2-3 classes a week and if I have any more spare time I fit in another class too. I have tried the new core yoga, wow it's good! I will be going again for sure. I love the Sculpt class too and do this regularly. Always feel stretched after yoga and you know you done well in Pilates when your core muscles ache!
All the classed are brilliant, there is always options for all levels of ability. Classes are fun and friendly, Steph makes sure of that, always pushing you, motivating you. There is such a feel good factor at the end of every class.
I really have found something I love doing.
If you're like me and been thinking about trying yoga or Pilates for a while now, just take that first step and do it, you wont look back I promise.

Just finished a personal training session with Steph enjoy it so much� working out on the sea front, as a mature person tailers to your abilities always feel exhilarated afterwards I certainly feel better in mind and body. Bodysculpt mix of arobics and Pilates my posture is better I don't feel so tense in my shoulders makes me feel better in myself. Started yoga last week going again when I can I have had a knee problem which hasn't been so bad since starting Pilates and yoga. Give it a try, I'm coming up to 60 so age does not matter. More...

Another lovely skybodyclasses Core Yoga � Class.

Perfect end to a busy week. �

Not only is Yoga helping with my Anxiety, but also my running � as my Core is getting stronger so I am carrying myself differently.
I am more aware of my Breathing, my Posture is improving (which as I sit at a desk all day is so important). I arrive at Yoga feeling squished and tense from a week at my computer, leave feeling all stretched and ready to go � Also it is improving my sleep � which for someone who’s had sleep issues since childhood, I am most pleased with � All in all, I can not recommend Yoga � enough and Konrad & Steph, the Yoga teachers are just so calming and friendly. �

I would highly recommend skybody to anyone! I started pilates and hiit in January and I am noticing a huge difference already. (I couldn't even touch my toes!) I have just started yoga and am loving it too. Steph and Konrad are both welcoming and clearly very knowledgeable which is great for me as I'd never done yoga or pilates before. Pilates has changed my life. Steph is an excellent teacher, shes so lovely and so supportive. I look forward to every session. I started Gentle Pilates with Steph once a week and after only a couple of weeks I had noticed a massive improvement in my back twinges/pain (caused by slipped discs) 4 months in I now rarely get any pain, can touch my toes, feel more toned and am more flexible than ever before. I have advanced to Pilates now, still once a week, and me and hubby have started doing the outside HIIT once a week! My experience of SKYBody.... where do i start There is so much i could tell you. But i will start with one very simple fact. This woman is amazing! She has made me fall in love with exersise. Which i never believed would be possible as i had always hated it with a passion. Whether it be HIIT, YOGA, PILATES OR AS A PERSONAL TRAINER. I have seen her at work in all. She brings to the table a friendly, easy going class that she makes so so much fun. Always gives us options to make it accessible to any ability level. Her classes are NEVER boring. She has awesome playlists which always seem to fit the mood of the class. She has extensive knowledge of all that she teaches. She knows everyone she teaches by name, once met, never forgotten. She is always professional. In her classes she so motivational. She knows each and every clients ability level and she pushes you to be your best. We always work really hard, but we always manage to have a laugh aswell. Stephanie is just awesome. So knowledgeable and you can really tell she loves teaching her craft. She has a real passion for it. She is qualified... constantly updating her knowledge with workshops and classes to learn more. I cant reccomend SKYbody enough. I am so pleased i met Stephanie nearly 2 years ago. I never thought id be able to do half the stuff i can now in yoga. Monday nights is the best sleep i get all week. Not because im knackered (which i am!) but because i am so chilled and relaxed. As i said we always work hard. But classes are always so much fun! Steph and Konrad are AMAZING, can't recommend them enough. I regularly attend Steph's Outdoor HIIT and Yoga and I love both! I never get bored, there is always something to learn and every class is fun and safe with options for all. Steph makes sure everyone is included and working to the best of their ability, each class is well planned and thought through. I have developed my fitness beyond what I thought possible with Steph's encouragement and my balance and flexibility has improved so much over the past year since I started Yoga. Before starting Steph's Yoga classes I thought I would find Yoga boring but I was wrong, Steph makes each class a fun challenge. I used to have a bad back every month or so but since starting Yoga I have only had a twinge in my back once! Steph's Pilates classes are great, various classes tailored to your level (and options/ opt outs in each). If you don't have the self discipline to set your own schedule, the classes are ideal because Steph makes them accessible and fun (which is half the battle). As a side issue, I've had long standing lower back pain and stiffness in my neck which hasn't troubled me for the past six months or so. If you're contemplating trying pilates; go for it, and you'll soon be hooked. More...

Sooooo happy I've started Pilates with Steph. Helpful, positive and very encouraging. Have back problems and it's really helping me to strengthen the back and inner core and making me more aware of my posture. Would def recommend Steph.....:)
