I had ordered a floral arrangement to take to a memorial service through an online service who happened to place the order with Sky Floral. I was extremely unhappy with the arrangement I received to the point that I actually cried. I immediately notified the online service and Sky Floral. To say that Sky Floral went over and above in redeeming themselves is an understatement!!!! I could not be happier with Sky Floral's customer service in response to my disappointment. I unexpectedly received an absolutely gorgeous floral arrangement containing very high quality flowers with a thorough explanation of what happened due to ordering through an online service.DO NOT ever order from these online services, only order locally if you want to receive the best quality and prices without always paying additional high service/delivery fees. UPDATE: Sky Floral responded to my old post by sending me beautiful roses and they smell soooo good! Thank you for sending more and for educating us on the online marketers. From now on we will only use local florists!Sky Floral has great customer service and I whole heartily recommend them!OLD POST: My sweetheart ordered me a dozen red roses for Valentines and they lasted 5 days!! They didn't have any kind of smell at all, and I know that some roses have been breed so many times that it no longer holds a smell but not all and so I think these flowers were the cheapest roses that Sky Floral could buy. On top of that, my husband paid extra for them to be delivered on Valentines day but instead they delivered them the day before. It didn't upset me as much as it upset my husband. Best flower shop in Salt Lake City! Their website is easy to use and you can schedule a delivery effortlessly. Their customer service is also top notch! We ordered the "Best Wishes Bouquet" and the "Teddy and Balloons" for a friends birthday. I requested a delivery time and for a picture to be texted to me before they sent it out. They didn't text me a picture, however, they did deliver on time (which was almost first thing that morning) and the arrangement was exactly as pictured online (perfect) and the teddy bear and balloons were BETTER (way better) than pictured online. I recently received an arrangement from Sky Floral. Happens I am actually in the wholesale floral trade, but Sky is not one of my customers. My father passed away and I friend used them to send me flowers, which is always nice to be on the other side. Their arrangement is now over a week old and still doing great. I called Sky Floral because of the way Lisa (the owner) responded to a review by a dissatisfied customer. In her response, she accepted responsibility for the mix-up, apologized and then moved on to solutions.
If you have ever been in a service business, you know you can't satisfy everyone, every time. Lisa seemed like a real "stand-up" person - the kind of person that I would want to do business with.
Now that I've spoken with her and done business with her, I am confident they don't make mistakes very often. She was great - professional, yet personal. I ordered over phone, sight unseen. They were beautiful and delivered within an hour of placing the order (I can't expect that every time). She texted me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. What more could I want? My expectations were well exceeded.

You know when you have such an incredible experience working with a company that you feel excited and compelled to right a review? That’s exactly how I feel after my experience with Sky Floral!! We ordered funeral flowers Saturday afternoon for our nearest and dearest neighbor who had recently passed away. We were recommended to them by word of mouth and I am so glad we proceeded to give this flower shop a chance! The moment we walked in we were greeted by an enticing aroma of their fresh flowers, friendly smiles and very professional attitudes. They seemed very busy at the time but they did not let our needs go unnoticed. We were immediately escorted to a table with chairs and a nice girl sat down with us and presented us with all of our options and since we were working with such a tight budget, she reassured us that whatever we like, she will accommodate and make sure they give us more value than what we originally wanted to pay, and boy did she come through! She was very professional and informative about all the material and information she presented us with, so I immediately knew we were working with well experienced professionals! I have to find the picture I was sent and I will post it as soon as I do. It stood out sooooo beautifully and they customized a very sentimental banner for her easel and I was almost moved to tears by how beautiful and personalized the flowers turned out. The whole experience was so amazing and their employees are so genuine and they were so kind and caring especially considering the circumstances and how emotional we were due to the loss of such a close friend. Do not take your business elsewhere! Sky floral is by far the best experience I have ever had with ordering funeral flowers (and I have ordered a lot over the years) A++++++ for them!
