So very impressed with all the team at Chic grooming! I have a 4 month old disabled Scotty pup who went to a different groomers before & they said he was aggressive & had to muzzle him. Took him to Chic grooming and Anita was immediately so welcoming & friendly, not at all worried by what we told her about Jocks previous grooming experience. She made a fuss of Jock straight away and made him comfortable. Explained the whole process and how she would take it at his pace. She really wanted to make it a positive experience for him & not scar him for life by forcing him! We came back to pick him up and he'd had a wonderful new haircut and was obviously so comfortable with Anita, giving her lots of kisses! (And no need to be muzzled for the groom either)! What a wonderful find! Anita and her team are such lovely, friendly and highly experienced groomers. We took our disabled 4 month old Scottish Terrier for his puppy groom and we returned to see a completely transformed puppy. His cut was perfect and he looked amazing. Our precious Scooby has been walked by the team at Chic for many months now. He loves his walks with them and they are amazingly flexible. They have fitted him in at the last minute and it is so reassuring to know I can rely on them. In the winter they are brilliant and clean his paws before he is returned (I am very fussy!!) and when he is groomed they do a brilliant job. He comes back sparkling clean and smelling so fresh. The team are very friendly, professional and trust worthy and I would recommend them to anyone! 5 stars. More...

Today I had my 2 large dogs and my mutant bear groomed by joley
Was expecting them to freak out
But joley had it in hand no fear no fuss professional
All done to a good standard quickly and with no stress to the dogs
It was their first time being groomed and they loved it
Would recommend joley to anyone she's great

Our Bedlington Terrier Alfie was looking a bit scruffy, my husband usually cuts him and our Standard Poodle Stanley but it can be a long drawn out process for both hubby and our beloved dogs. I took Alfie to Chic dog groomers, which are based in Limpsfield Village, and was so thrilled when we collected him, he looked fantastic! Can't believe we didn't find this place sooner! Only 5 minutes away from home. Beautiful little parlour with boutique full of fab things to browse (& buy) but best of all, the friendliest staff ever with Michelle being super helpful at ever stage - organised a next day appointment - and made it possible for Dexter the dachshund to have his claws cut for the first time in a very long time. This dog is (was) literally terrified of having it done and even the vets couldn't do it for us but Michelle and Anita did it swiftly and efficiently and we left with a happy and short-clawed little doggy. Totally agree with all the other 5 Star reviews my Teal who is a working Cocker Spaniel and gets absolutely filthy after the shooting season in between her little toes etc, plus we live on a farm . .. So we have her groomed at least 2 times a year and have always taken her here to Chic. They know her now, and once she has been done she stays in the Crèche playing football with the other dogs and just happily waits for us to collect her. Took our Springer spaniel for a visit just to have a look round. Very friendly staff and showed us every room and made our dog feel very relaxed. After having a very bad experience else where we decided to trust them with our dog. Brilliant job done. She arrived home calm and beautifully groomed. What an UNBELIEVABLY good job you did today on my black Persian cat Binky. Having booked her in for a complete shave as her matting had become completely unmanageable and was causing her discomfort, within an hour you returned her fluffier than ever without a single knot. The option to take home the watermelon sized ball of matted undercoat was politely declined, although I now wish I had as my husband can't believe it either! Our only experience prior to finding you was a sedation and shave at a local vets which cost £230 and involved drugging the poor little thing. You are amazing - I can't recommend you more highly to other cat owners who have the same problems with their long haired cats. Thank you! More...

Once again an amazing experience with Chic, whilst I was a little embarrassed that my 18 month old cockerspaniel was extremely cheeky and hard work (he was there for 6 hours) the staff reassured me completely, remained incredibly professional and managed to carry out another amazing hair cut on Cooper.
