I am an accredited Counsellor (MBACP) , with a Primary Care NHS background in working with clients who are experiencing a range of depression and/or anxiety symptoms. I offer short or long term counselling therapy using an integrated approach including, as appropriate , CBT techniques.
I am based in the Marden Medical Practice.
