After an early career in software development, I shifted my interest to managing the people who use the software and moved into operations management.
I've spent 30 years working for global market research companies in European and International roles. During my 13 years with Nielsen, the world’s largest company in this field, I helped re-shape the part of the organisation which delivered high end analytics, by building centres around the world, educating and training employees and managing the interactions between them and the commercial arm. These activities lit my passion for talent development and I set up my own Management Consultancy in 2017, increasingly focussing on business coaching and mentoring.
In parallel to his corporate career, I have also launched and managed two small businesses in the food and gastronomy sector.

I am a very personable and energetic coach with a strong focus on helping clients to articulate their goals clearly and finding practical ways to achieving them. My international roles in the corporate world have exposed me to many country cultures in cross-functional environments.
