Very easy to use website, booking was fast, simple and easy. I received a confirmation email right away. This booking was done super last minute as I was unsure about the uk weather so I’m very impressed that Sk hire was able to accommodate my request. The communication was good as I was updated regarding the arrival time via text which was nice. The bouncy castle was set up very fast and well secured down, it was very clean inside and out. When you phone up the man who answers the phone doesn't talk professionally over the phone he needs some training with how to deal with customers over the phone because you can't answer the phone saying who's this when your a company and also a few years ago I used one of their bouncy castle it arrived wet and smelt rank I had to go to the shops to provide cleaning products for them to use to clean it and when I rebooted them again a specifically asked that the bouncy castle is clean when it arrives and it was filthy I will not be using this company ever again for a bouncy castle..they still have alot to learn!

What do you love most about your job?
That feeling of fulfilment to know I put my all in a service and my clients are fully satisfied. That feeling that has left me in disbelief, wondering; did I really do or even organise all that? that feeling of fulfilment is my favourite part of this job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This business was started as a weekend job, I have always had a passion for event styling and after working for a year in corporate events I wrote a plan of my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
I live by the notion that if it’s not good enough for me it is not good enough for you. I take pride in everything I do and only offer the best to my clients, I ensure my work is to a high standard and only stops once I can feel proud to say yes I did that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure that all our equipment are pre cleaned and sanitised on arrival and that our staff are wears masks in closed space.
