ever need any great advice just talk to mike or Lucia, a great gym to train at very friendly fantastic equipment and the atmosphere is what I call a proper old school gym , just wish I had a gym like this near me but will be revisiting it again very soon.

Finally made the trip up the A470 to train here after seeing Mike and Leica in action at Bodypower, great gym, from the moment we walked through the door, staff very welcoming and helpful, the equipment is excellent, great vibe, great music, nice to chat to Mike too - will be returning without a doubt!

Just been to Open Day, fabulous friendly place. I went over on my own and was made to feel welcome. One of the members showed me around & trained back with me. Totally different to my gym I usually train in, can't wait to return. Started training here approx 2 months ago, originally it was just because of ease of locality around work but quickly became 1 of the best decisions i could have made, totally changed my outlook of training and the best enviroment possible to train in! .. all the staff are amazingly friendly always on hand to assist and heavily experienced and competent in thier field.
