Working with a diverse range of clients but realising that what unites our clients is the love and passion a business owner has for what they want to do. We like working for people for whom business is personal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were seeking a working experience that provided more than just money. We became weary of working with people that we didn't connect with. Work became like a transaction with little relationship value. A real sense of being stale and needing a new motivation. We have achieved the full migration from employed PAYE to self-employed directors while still paying the bills in 3 years. Our business life is stacked with people doing great things becauase they want to. There's an energy to everything and still loads of room for growth.
