What makes a great website is one that communicates clearly to the right buyer the following answers "Who I am," "What I do," and/or "What can you (the visitor) do here on the website." Not only does the design have to resonate with the target audience, but the message has to clearly communicate a compelling value proposition with calls-to-action (CTAs). It must be growth driven design, meaning it's easily updated to follow the users needs. If it follows the buyers journey, you can be sure, it will convert faster into becoming a lead.

After knowing our customer's goals, we first develop the buyers personas. This will allow us to know as much as we can about our target audience, how they think, where they hang out, what their challenges are and how they make decisions. From there we can create strategies based on their buyer's journey which includes creating content and marketing campaigns that will make them find you organically. They will magnetically come to you by providing content in the right context that they are looking for. That's what I call creating Marketing that will make them naturally fall in love with you.

Sixth M is a collaboration between co-workers who have enjoyed working together for almost 6 years. Analiza del Rosario has over 20 years of experience in Marketing with a Business Management degree from Pepperdine University. She is responsible for sales and marketing, product management and customer experience. She is a certified Inbound Marketer. She also stays in lock-step with emerging online trends that are transforming the way businesses interact with their customer base. She is always up for a challenge and she isn't afraid to dive into new projects. She serves as the Board of Director for the Southwest Council of the Fly Fishing Federation, the newsletter publisher of FishTales for the Pasadena Casting Club and the Editor for WBC Church.

Carlos Anaya has a BFA degree in Graphic Design and minor in Marketing from Cal Poly, Pomona. He's the guiding influence behind the Sixth M philosophy. He is responsible for all creative output and management of the website design and development. He is also a certified Inbound Marketer. He brings passion for all things creative. He's a natural problem solver and loves breaking down the process of just about anything. Carlos believes that good design comes from a clear understanding of what's behind each product's function. He is fluent in Spanish.
