The quality and care put into the workshop by both Russ and Jim was fantastic and as coaches they took a personal interest in adapting ways that we could coach the skills to our clientele. A 20kg plate is a 20kg plate no matter where you lift it.
There is only one 639 though, after training in many of London's gyms over the last year I want to re review this gym as the pinnacle of London S&C gyms, every work out or lesson I was taught there I still do and still get gainz (no typo).

I am truly grateful that I met Neeley, who told me about six3nine. I immediatly looked for their FB page and website and I realised that their line of work is the one I identify myself with: no nonsense, science based practice and a realistic approach to fitness. Finally I had the chance to attend one of their workshops and I'm only sorry that we had to leave, as there was (and there is) so much more to learn. I'm really looking forward to attend another workshop again.

I attended the Olympic Weight Lifting class and it was fantastic! I loved the relaxed teaching style, the playtime we all had and the constant valuable input from the guys. You never spend more than 10 minutes with any of the trainers at Six3Nine without learning something new! By far the most knowledgeable, caring and client focussed Personal Trainers you will get in London.

I attended the advanced squat and deadlift workshops! The whole thing from start to finish was brilliant! The people are incredibly warm and welcoming and they seriously know their stuff! My squat improved more in the 90mins than it has in the past year! Thank you so much for your patience and knowledge... I have already implemented some of the techniques with my clients!! I am a big fan of 639 PT and tell anyone who will listen! I started out attending the ladies that lift class, and since then have also really benefited from PT sessions and attending their workshops. (of which they cover a variety of topics) Not only is everyone there really friendly, welcoming and encouraging, but i'm in awe of their knowledge and commend their passion. They really are there to help and guide us all along our own fitness journey, whatever our level. I look forward to coming back soon for another workshop!

My friend and I attended the weighted circuit class via the 2 for 1 introductory offer. I went in thinking it was going to be a HITT style workout but was pleasantly surprised as it was anything but that. We were split up into two groups and the class is based on going through a number of different exercises.
Clint was brilliant at explaining the correct form/techniques and my body was aching for days afterwards (in a good way!). A really good class if you want to perfect your form and learn how to do things the right way! You can tell they really care about what they do.

I attended the Squat and Deadlift workshops, wishing to improve my form as well as introducing to the front squat. I have been pleasantly surprised by their practical approach. They will quickly spot on your weaknesses and give you keys to fix them as a part of your training. Actually, I learnt much more then I expected. Most of all, as scientist, I really appreciated their scientific and rational approach in explaining and performing the different movements. The atmosphere is very relax, nice and friendly - I left with a lot positive vibes and a solid training plan to improve my condition. Top! Thanks Russ and Lucy!
