As a Real Estate Broker, with many years experience, I recently obtained a new listing for a loft-style town-house in the trendy King West area, which the owner wanted to get on the market as quickly as possible.
Although it was fairly new, it wasn't in particularly good condition, so after it was painted, and as my regular cleaning lady was away, I tried to find a cleaning service to come in the following day (a Sunday, 16th July 2016) to thoroughly clean the unit.
After getting frustrated with the lack of interest to work on short notice, especially on a Sunday (16th July 2016), I reached Romy; not only did she meet me in the townhouse less than one hour later to examine the extent of the work required, she promised that she could start to do the cleaning the following morning (Sunday) about 09.00am, and the price she gave was excellent.
As promised, Romy and Peter arrived on time on Sunday morning, and after many hours of hard work, they cleaned this townhouse, cleaner than it has probably ever been cleaned, including inside the stove, fridge and dishwasher, where they found cat hairs just like they had all through the rest of the townhouse; they also cleaned the huge widows inside and out, stopping only once during the entire cleaning process to have a quick lunch ... by the time they had finished, the whole place sparkled.
I would have no hesitation in recommending ' SixstarsCleanness', as I will be giving them all my business from now on, for all my listings!
