Shayne is an excellent coach! Shayne has been my track and field trainer for the past 4 years now. He taught me everything I know about proper form and technique and has helped me to qualify for the OFSAA provincial track meet. I personally think one of the best qualities about Shayne is his determination. He never underestimates my capabilities and always pushes me to do my best. He is the best trainer I've ever had! Shayne is a great coach and motivator. He is incredibly attentive and tailors his training program to your individual goals. On top of that, his attention to detail goes above and beyond: bringing extra stretching guides to take home, always having extra water, etc.
But results speak louder than words: because of Shayne (although he would say it's all me) I am in the best physical shape I've been in years. I look better (having lost weight and put on some muscles), but more importantly I feel better and have more energy.

Shayne is an awesome trainer! I am doing online training/meal planning from a different city and have been working with him for just over a month now and am already seeing great results and weight loss in a short period of time with his help. He's made it easy to contact him anytime if I have questions or even need a modification to my program. I can't wait to see the results after his 6 month program. More...

Shayne is an amazing trainer. He really motivates you to push your limits and try to go even further. Because of his Bootcamp class, I've found my endurance and my strength have improved immensely. My fitness has revolved around injuries sustained from a car accident a few years ago. The pain and stiffness in my knee, hips and ankle has been decreasing which has allowed me to live a much more active lifestyle than previously, with more energy and motivation to tasks I feared previously. He's incredibly accommodating when one exercise is a little beyond my fitness level and gives alternatives so that I can still do the workout and feel I'm getting something out of it.

As well, I enjoy his classes and I look forward to them throughout the week. Honestly, they're the highlight of my week!
