SitMyHouse are the single best service I’ve ever used. After adopting my rescue cat I really struggled to leave her when we had to go away.
This year Lucie and the team have looked after her for our honeymoon and most recently for a two week trip to Australia for a family wedding. I cannot recommend them enough, my cat adores all the sitters and when we returned she was relaxed, happy and looking the most well-groomed she ever has! We had a mixture of visits and overnights and all the sitters went above and beyond, emailing me daily with updates and photos. Lucie also washed our bedding and changed our bed so we didn’t have to worry about anything after a long trip and jet lag from Australia!
They are wonderful, in every way, and I wouldn’t trust our little fur baby with anyone else. Well done and thank you for everything!

I am delighted with the service from Sitmyhouse. I have used them for the last few years to look after my cat when I go away. I have absolute confidence that she is in safe hands. The service is warm, friendly and efficient. The staff love and understand animals. They not only give my cat her food, including following special instructions about its preparation, but spend time with her and pay her lots of attention. I feel they take the trouble to understand her unique character and habits. I also have a jungle of plants on my balcony and in my flat, which they look after with care. My plants were flourishing on my return. The service is very reasonably priced too - though peace of mind as far as my pet is concerned is priceless. More...

Sitmyhouse is one of the best recommendations I have ever been given! Lucie and her team are an absolute find - I am even basing my next house move on not being too far away from them. I never worry for a second about my spaniel Albie, knowing that he is being really well looked after, with lots of exercise and cuddles and he is now very well socialised with other dogs and adores Lucie and her team. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer a pick up/drop off service which is ideal for me when I commute into London for work. Lucie’s knowledge of dog psychology is a huge plus, as obviously when your small puppy is mixing with bigger dogs that can be a worry, as some daycares leave them and don’t watch them. But she introduces them very carefully and I know they are always watching the dogs. Albie is always tired when he comes back which is lovely as it means I can have a rest. More...

I cannot begin to express how delighted I have been with the services provided by Sitmyhouse. My cats are my babies and Lucie was aware of this and completely re-assured me during the course of my holiday with regular updates and photos. I have used Sitmyhouse a number of times since and have never been disappointed with the service provided and the level of genuine care and attention given. Initially we needed help with feeding our cats and as this went so well, we have used the same person to wait for a delivery of a washing machine during working hours.
