Get an amazing, mobile-friendly website to be proud of. I specialise in crafting websites in Squarespace and I do it fast. You will receive the first draft of your website within 48 hours.
You get a clean and simple, elegant website that looks great on all devices from smartphones to tablets and laptops. You new website is also easy to maintain and update yourself.
With over 20 years of project experience, my goal is to make the process smooth and simple for you. You see your ideas and needs realised in a draft website delivered within 48 hours through joint consultation. This prototype is later honed to perfection.
There's no complex pricing. I charge a flat fee, covering build and support for 6 months. Alternatively, you can choose to spread the cost over 6 months, with the option to continue if you don't feel you want to maintain the site yourself going forward.

What makes a great website?
Ultimately, a great website is one that does what the client needs it to do.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
My approach is to have my client tell me what they want to achieve, any specific feature they want the website to have (blog or ecommerce for example) and any ideas about structure, colours, templates, content they have in mind. I then put together a first draft very quickly (within 48 hours) and I find this helps my clients to see what works and what doesn't. We then work together to mould this prototype into a finished website.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people visualise their goals (if they are just starting out), putting them back in control if they're stuck with an old website that needs tech support every time they want to change something and finally just to hear someone say they finally have a website they are proud of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as an IT freelancer for nearly 20 years and I wanted to switch web design for quite a while. However, before Squarespace came along there wasn't really anything that allowed me to concentrate on what clients needed rather than the technical ins and outs of web design.
Why should our clients choose you?
I specialise in Squarespace, so I can produce high-quality results, fast. I also have years of experience running projects, gathering requirements from clients, designing and developing systems to meet those needs and finally providing training and support.
Also, it has been said that I'm quite a nice guy and easy to work with - particularly my clients who are not technical.
Squarespace New Website Design and Build
Redesign/Makeover/Revamp Existing Websites in Squarespace
The 2 biggest issues for old websites are that they aren't mobile-friendly and difficult or impossible to update without technical knowledge. Taking the contents of your old website and transferring it to Squarespace gives it a new lease of life.
Barre Studio Brighton (www.barrestudiobrighton.co.uk)
This was a redesign for Amanda who runs Barre Concept classes and Pilates in Brighton. Her old website wasn't mobile-friendly and didn't allow Amanda to make changes herself. Also, she wanted the new website to be a balance between images and text. Squarespace was the perfect platform for meeting those needs.
Tim Perceval Photography (www.tim-perceval-photography.squarespace.com)
This is a work-in-progress. Tim built his original website himself and so the layout and structure was as he wanted it. Unfortunately, as the number of platforms and browser combinations has increased the website worked on increasingly fewer devices. Also critically, it wasn't mobile friendly. Despite having built his own website originally, Tim wanted to be able to easily update the contents without having to code. Because of the way Squarespace handles images and the excellent layout engine, it's ideal for creating visually focussed websites.
