Whitney came to my house to help me with multiple dogs that would bolt outside every time the front door was open. I was at my wit's end, and in one session, she showed them how to wait patiently by the door - we practice what she taught us every day, and we have not had one escape since she was here. She knows dogs and is great at teaching humans how to communicate effectively with dogs...she even taught my 4 year old how to be in control of their behavior.
