I hired Donna to watch my girls while I was away at a work training. I love that she takes photos everyday & posted them to the portal for me to see while I was gone. My girls were well taken care of while I was away.The only thing I wish was that Donna was able to provide a military veterans discount like some other providers do, but services weren't unreasonable for the fact that I live in the boonies. Donna is amazing! Her response time is fast and professional. She delivered great customer service and I can see she loves all animals, her customers and her business. She took care of my Odin boy while we were away. I was nervous to have someone watch my lab / pit bull mix because he is big and strong and can be a handful around other big dogs on a leash. After watching Donna handle Odin, I am more comfortable with her walking him than me now!! Lol! Recent Activity Donna and her team are fantastic! As most pet owners are, we are concerned about our animals when we are absent. Both Donna and Maggie have been by for day visits with our 4 and they are so great with our dogs. We receive a daily update with a message about the visit and pictures as well. They continue to express concern if one of our dogs is under the weather and Maggie even brings tennis balls for our labs to catch (may we all find something we love as much as labs love tennis balls). Sit & Stay goes the extra mile for my dogs. I travel often and I can leave home without being concerned about dog care with Donna and team. They exhibit excellent communication with me, and the dogs love them. I recently moved into the area and Lucie was having acclimation issues which translated into upset stomach's. Donna and Mary were often challenged with what Lucie left behind, and they did everything they could to make her comfortable, including cooking special food. Donna and her team have helped care for our two dogs since they were puppies and we (and the pups!) could not be happier. Our boys are now 80 lb “big guys” (GSD, Lab, Am Staffordshire Terrier mix) and both love when Donna comes by to care for the . I have used Sit and Stay Pet Sitting for a couple of years now. I have 3 cats and the first time I met Donna, the owner, I knew immediately she loved animals as much as I did. Between she and Maggie, I feel very comfortable with the way they care for my “babies”. They come twice a day and feed, clean up and spend about an hour or so just loving and interacting with the cats. Their hours are flexible so they can cater to the needs of each person and animal. Donna and Mary are wonderful! I have an elderly mini dachshund that needs more potty breaks and cuddles than I can provide during the work week, so they stop by every weekday and walk her, give her snacks, and make sure she gets cuddles with every visit. They have gotten to know my dog and recognize when she may not be feeling well, and keep me informed of their visits through an online journaling tool so I know when they arrive, when they leave, and sometimes they post pics from their visits. I wouldn't trust my two dogs with anyone else but Donna. Every time Donna comes to the house to walk my two dogs she always sends pictures and videos of them. Can't say enough good things about Sit and Say Pet Sitting. We had them come 3 times a day last week. Every time they visit they check in on their app, give a report, send pictures and videos, called, etc. They stayed about 45 minutes each visit!. Donna and Mary did a fabulous job for us while we were away for two weeks. They took care of feeding all three of our cats, pilling one of them twice daily, cleaning their litter box, changing their water, picking up the mail, watering our plants, and even tidying up the place!
