Stephanie was fantastic at our event of over 150 people for a Celebration of Life. The food was very good. She stayed onsite during service and kept up with all items for the buffet style service.
Stephanie was also great throughout the planning. Her compassion during our difficult time was admirable.

Stephanie and her assistant were very professional. I did not have to worry at all about the food. She kept the food warm and refilled at intervals. She provided the plasticwear and paper plates. Service was Exceptional as well as the food. I have used this Catering service for private dinners for 2 as well.
Our latest event was Mothers Day dinner and we were all full and sleepy afterwards.

What’s your signature dish?
We specialize in savory smoked meats, pasta casseroles, and savory mouth watering sides and veggies.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We can customize a menu based on the requests and budget of each client. We schedule in person consultations, we offer limited tastings for first time customers if required, and we submit an itemized bid for all products and services which can be negotiated until the needs of each event are met.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients put on events that they are proud of is very satisfying. When clients and guests complement the food, we feel very proud and honored to know that our service was appreciated.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a "foodie" and enjoying culinary creations was the inspiration for starting my business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Since the inception of my business, I have had zero registered complaints from customers. This is something I am very proud of!
