I used them for a Boxing Day informal family meal. The food and service was fantastic and they were very professional. Highly recommended. The only drawback is that they like to be paid on the day which isn't really very fitting for a social event - so would recommend paying in advance or agreeing something else if you don't want a chef running round with a credit card machine!
