I've only recently started training with Sinead and I just can't believe how in a few sessions my view on exercising has changed dramatically, for the better. Sinead is such a passionate, driven and supportive person. She is incredible knowledgeable in so many aspects of her craft and will always get the best out of you every session. I started going to Sinead’s boot camp a little while after having my second baby, I was unfit, overweight, a size 16 and thought there was little chance of me ever fitting into my pre pregnancy clothes again. The class was great because I felt like I had a work out but I could also take things at my own pace. I soon started going twice a week, I started to loose a little weight and get fitter. I then signed up to one of the “eight week challenges " the first one I lost 17.5 lb and 16 inches, I did 3 in total and with a little bit of work in between I lost almost 3 stone in about a year. What is so good for me is that some of the classes are when the kids were in bed and I don't have to feel guilty leaving my husband to the bedtime routine and the Saturday morning class is done by 9.15 so I have the rest of the day to do things with my family. I am also quite shy and self conscious and felt much more comfortable going to a friendly female only class. Sinead has lots of options such as personal training, group fitness and small group personal training sessions. I found by attending a few of her small group training sessions I had more confidence to use my gym membership and try the different equipment at my gym. Sinead is very supportive, knowledge and enthusiastic about what she does. She is not about being on restrictive diets, or being super fit, but supporting people to make changes to their lifestyle and to enjoy exercise. I get bored of exercise easily but every week Sinead’s classes are different. I am so glad I found Sinead I am now a size 10/12 fit easily it to my pre children clothes and am running and learning to ride a bike for the first time, I would never had the confidence or fitness to do this a year ago. I came across Sinead from seeing several glowing recommendations. At our initial meeting I immediately felt comfortable and empowered. I had never been to a gym and was incredibly unfit but this was not a problem at all and Sinead was keen to help me. I started with weekly PT sessions and now do an extra semi-private session a week as well. Sessions are completely tailored to your fitness level and fun! Sinead has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and is professional and bubbly and really makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I met Sinead after signing up to her 8 week challenge, I am awaiting my final weigh in, but at my halfway point I have lost inches and lbs. She knows what she is talking about and theres no faddy diets that you cant sustain, it's all about small changes and when she talks to you it just all makes sense. I've been training with Sinead for about 9 months now and it's one of the best things I've done for my overall personal wellbeing. It was a mission to improve my strength, tone up some of the wobbly bits and dedicate some time for my health (and I won't lie, to get into my bikini!) that got me motivated to seek a personal trainer. I was looking for someone to give me the kick up the bum that I needed to commit to a regular workout, and upon recommendation, I got in touch with Sinead. From the get-go, Sinead has made training fun, interesting (and sweaty), never taking her eye off what I wanted to achieve. Sinead has been a great support to me. Any ladies unsure of where to start, worried, anxious or genuinely fear working out she is the women to go to! I have failed so many times, I start something with the best intentions and always end up letting myself down, loosing interest. So far so good and Sinead has checked in, always makes sure I'm ok and asks if there is anything she can do. Sinead is amazing! For as long as I can remember I have hated exercise/gym/workouts. I decided to try PT sessions with Sinead, I am currently 2 weeks in and absolutely loving my 1 hour sessions with her. She is making a huge difference to my life and I am actually enjoying the varied sessions that she tailors for me. She puts so much thought and effort into my session and she is worth every penny that she charges. I started going to Sinead’s groups about 11 weeks ago. Every session is different - challenging and a laugh at the same time. Sinead was so energetic, positive and bubbly that I contacted her straight away about personal training as well. I’m really overweight and always worry before going to any kind of fitness group. Will I look stupid? Will I keep up etc. Sinead is SO welcoming and friendly and always has adaptations ready for any exercise she’s set if you’re struggling, so my worries were unfounded. She gets to know you straight away and genuinely does care, for example when I missed a few bootcamps because my daughter was unwell, the next time she saw me, she asked straight away how M was. The fact that she asked and the fact that she remembered her name, is the personal attention that really makes Sinead stand out - amongst other things! She’s an amazing personal trainer. Always available by messaging and her knowledge is solid, when we do an exercise, she’ll explain exactly why - something I appreciate. Well where do I start.... I met Sinead through my husband as she does sports massage for him. She immediately made me feel at ease and even came to my house during the weekend to do a eating plan for me. I booked a 1:1 session with her as my confidence is low and cannot handle group sessions. I sought help from Sinead when suffering from some very uncomfortable back pain . She came and treated me with Sports massage and quickly identified my problem. Her knowledge and advice was brilliant along with the treatment itself. The fact that within a week my pain had completely disappeared was super. I have recently started attending the new Box Fit class and I am so glad that I have. The classes are brilliant, fun, challenging and I come out feeling great even though it is not quite 7 in the morning! !! Sinead clearly knows her stuff and is always very aware of the needs of everyone in her group, regularly checking to give advice and modifications if needed.
