Every time I go out to Mt Angel I stop by Sinables. I've not been much for surar-free or sugar substitute foods because usually the taste is horrible. This bakery is addictive! Diabetics... you know how a lot of cakes are dry? The pieces they sell are not only mouthwatering, but incredibly moist and generous sizes! My favorites are German chocolate cake and coconut cream. If you have a sweet tooth and dietary restriction, I'd very highly recommend this dietic bakery. Today (1-19-2019) I stopped off right after they opened. I told the gentleman behind the counter I was on a low carb diet and he told me about the different low carb options they had. The eclairs are 2 grams of carbs (1 gram net if you count them that way), 200 calories, and AMAZING. Excellent service, and a great eclair. Next time I'm getting the crustless cheesecake! More...

Drove 45 minutes to get their cinnamon rolls and worth it!! My family used to enjoy a diabetic bakery in our area and were so sad when they closed. Recently, we discovered the recipes were bought by Sin-able Sweets in Mt. Angel and made the trip so our diabetic dad can have his cinnamon rolls on Christmas! Don't have to be diabetic to love this place! Keto low carb lifestyles this is fabulous for!! The pecan bars are amaze-balls. The husband was able to satisfy his sweet craving with the chocolate eclairs that look like something expected to be served at a 5 star restaurant. My husband and I decided we had to check this place out and we are so glad we did. Took home an assortment of goodies everything is sooo awesome.
So far we have tried eclairs and cannolis and have never had better. Still to go,
blueberry muffins and giant cream filled chocolate cupcakes and all with no guilt.
