Chef Mikkel Brinson tamed the hunger at Naples Area Board of Realtors' member appreciation party. Outside, a bbq smoker puffed away, while inside, Chef Brinson's staff arranged a buffet of soft sweet plantains, rice, fresh orange, leafy green salad, rolls and of course, TENDER smoked pork.
