We really don't have a signature dish.. but we do BBQ well, and Smothered Pork Chops!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
A good interview is the Key,, knowing your clients likes and dislikes as well as any dietary issues or allergies.

See people enjoying a meal. To see the end result of the process, from planning to execution!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being in the catering business for years and working for others, I needed the creative outlet for myself that was not getting fulfilled working for others and their dreams
