Great company. Quick service for a Duces Tecum Subpoena that needed to go to about 12 different entities. I recommend highly.

The cooperation and assistance with police interactions can go a long way in diffusing a hostile confrontation for the safety of the process server and the person being served.
Many individuals are misguided by the belief that process servers don't have the right to be on their property and are not obligated to accept the papers. .Wrong you are, the process server has the right to drop the papers in a conspicuous place in the servee`s presence.
This submission of the police Interaction and process servers was originally published by Mr. Scott Gray in June 2014 Attorney at law magazine.
Process servers do not expect the police to do their jobs, they are however a welcomed element in the possible confrontational situations sometimes wrought with danger and potential for unnecessary escalation. It is the betterment and fortification of the process servers reputation for which in some small way to educate the public at large to the understanding of the job that process servers do.
These articles, various memberships to the National Association of Professional Process Servers, National Service of Process Synergy Group et al. will work to that end.
