I cannot thank Al enough for his hard work and his incredibly beautiful rentals. We rented wooden tables, chairs and lawn games from Al and Long Table Event Rentals and I can’t say how happy we were - they accentuated the forest vibe and were just so stunning to look at. The Mr and Mrs Cornhole was a hit at the party! And Al and Derek were so prompt and organised - I knew I could count on them to drop off and pick up at the right times. They even came in and saved the day when we were worried about the weather and tacked some heat lamps onto our order last minute! Wedding rentals: Al @ Long Table Event Rentals went above and beyond for us and was incredibly patient with my constant changes to our order. I had my heart set on having dusty blue tablecloths for our tall bistro tables during cocktail hour and he somehow managed to find the exact shade of blue that my bridesmaids were wearing! We ordered bistro tables, round tables, rectangular tables, chairs, some tablecloths, place settings (plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs etc.) and Al delivered them a couple of days before the wedding and picked them up 2 days after. We had a great experience working with Long Table Event Rentals for our wedding in July. Al was so accommodating and friendly to communicate with. We rented cedar tables and white garden chairs, which looked beautiful on their own. Their prices were similar (if not better!) than larger event rental companies, but their service and quality was certainly better. We worked with Al and Derek for our wedding on April 29. We absolutely loved their long tables and garden chairs for our reception, and used many other items including a bar top, wine barrel table, marquis letters, vintage trunk and more. Kids and adults absolutely loved the outdoor games! We had a lot of changes to our venue space and what we needed in the last month, and Al and Derek were incredibly patient, understanding and helpful. They went above and beyond to help a frazzled bride get everything organized and our reception looked amazing, thanks in large part to them. What’s your signature dish?
Barbecue is our specialty from slow smoked beef brisket and baby back ribs to charcoal grilled chicken and our families favorite , Asian bbq salmon.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We sit down with them at our tastings and go over their dream menu.
We are happy to give our advice on building a cohesive menu that is well suited to a large group of people and
different dietary issues. All this while working with their budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Connecting with our clients and getting to be part of their special event.?
What inspired you to start your own business?
We've had our own businesses for many years. Feeding friends and family is what we enjoy doing, the two flowed together.
