I'm in my third bootcamp session with Heather. The first two were just with the TRX system, I absolutely loved the exercise options. Now with the combination of Pilates, it adds a different dimension to the workout! Heather pushes her classes to the limits with various options and wants you to get the most out of your workout. Q&As

We first start by setting goals. And then make a fitness plan based on goals, assessment and health history. Setting specific exercise appointments and staying consistent is imperative. I will be closely monitoring this by using the Simply Fit with Heather fitness app.

There is no secret. It's hard work, dedication and commitment.

I love helping people. I love teaching about fitness, helping clients find their rhythm so they can succeed.

I started teaching fitness in university before Personal Training was a career. At the gym, I noticed people weren't given instruction on how to use the equipment properly. I saw they need for exercise guidance as a service. So I started a business and from then on, I have been personal training.

I think clients have to find the trainer to work with the person that clicks with them. Every person's needs are different and the approach to fitness by each trainer is unique. I have been personal training for 20 years, I love what I do, helping people through their journey, no matter what obstacle gets thrown in their path.

Services

From the comfort of your own home, I will guide you through your workout. If you have equipment, that's great, if not, no worries, I can still design a great workout for you. Workouts can be weight training, body weight resistance training, Pilates, TRX and/or BOSU.
60 minute sessions are $60
30 minute sessions are $32
