About

I am a dog behaviourist registered and insured. I am associated with three force free training associations, which means that all my training methods are geared around treating your dog in the right way.

This is done without having to shout, hit, punish through aversive methods to correct a behaviour, and all training is about understanding your dog and guiding it in the right direction, so it uses its brain and becomes a more confident and happy dog.

Jason came out today to meet with me and my 2 cavalier King Charles pups (11 months old) as a few issues with one of them. Within a few minutes Jason was giving me lots of information about her and that she was dealing with a lot. A few tips to help her and within an hour we could see a change. Jason is such a nice guy, extremely helpful, you can see he cares about all dogs he meets and in training us adults he does a great job. Would recommend to anyone. More...

Jason came to work with me and my dogs today, who barked at other dogs and people whilst walking. He showed me how to watch for signs before they began to bark and how to deal with them to remedy the problem. I now feel I have the skill set to enjoy walking them again. I would recommend this service. More...

From the moment you get your puppy at 8 weeks of age, I visit and spend time with you setting you and your puppy up for the next 6 to 9 months of its life. The first 16 weeks of its life are crucial for learning experiences to set the new pup up for success and a brighter future, yet so many owners do not realise or under-estimate the importance of this time in a dogs life.

I basically come down and help you get focused on the intense 8 week period, then help guide you through the following weeks of what to do, and how to do the things through training guides and follow up support.

Would you think of NOT sending your kids to primary and middle school, and then going straight to high school?

Cause you would'nt because they would be hindered socially and also hindered in the learning department.

So why do so many owners ignore this crucial learning period in a dogs life?

Call me now for help with your new 8 week old pup to give it the best start ever.

I deal with all dog behaviour problems ranging from basic toilet training and unwanted behaviours like jumping up, all the way through to behaviours like aggression towards people or other dogs.

All training is covered in a force free manner, and I am training the owner as much as the dog, so the training can be carried on, on a daily basis by the owner to shape the dogs behaviour for the better.

This can be a popular problem outside for many dogs ad owners.
I deal with this over a period of sessions, depending on what level the problem is with the aim of rehabilitating your dog.
You need to be prepared to get stuck in with the training, as it works, though will take time to help your dog become calm around other dogs.
Give me a call for a chat about your dog and what is happening.
