My husband & I are disabled & therefore find it necessary to use a cleaning servuce. We've used a few cleaning services over the last 25 years & we've been fairly happy with them, however, each cleaning person eventually found it necessary to leave their business due to personal reasons. Since we needed to once again find a cleaning servuce, I decided to use an app this time to help me find someone. I entered all my info on the Home Advisor app & Simply Crystal Clean was the first to respond & also offered the best price BY FAR compared to the other cleaning services so I decided to go with them. WOW! AM I GLAD I DID! Maggie & Jose came to our home to clean & THEY CLEANED OUR HOME BETTER & MORE THOROUGHLY THAN ANYONE HAS EVER DONE IN 25 YEARS!!!! They moved our sofas in order to clean under and behind them, they moved our dressers in order to clean under & behind them, they cleaned the baseboards in the bathrooms, they even cleaned the inside of my oven! I used to clean houses for a living before I became disabled and I was always a very thorough cleaner for my own home and also for my client's homes & I had always hoped to find someone like that to clean my home but sadly, was never able to. Bita and her crew have been taking care of my Airbnb cleanings for the last year and have done a fabulous job. Quick to respond and always can get people into the house for short notice jobs. Amazing job! Side story- I hired a different cleaning service to do a move out 1 bedroom 1 bath cleaning and they were a no show. I quickly had to find a company that was going to be able to do this within a 24 hour window and simply crystal clean came to the rescue. Not only were the workers super nice they were very thorough. I've tried no less than than 5 cleaners in the past year and this is the only one that wowed me. Scheduling, cleaning etc is all extremely prompt, but my favorite is the follow up. Bita emailed me afterwards asking how I was satisfied, if there were any items I would like focused on more in the future, etc. The cleaner was amazing, but I felt like she had missed a couple things in favor of getting to extra items that we had not requested. I definitely appreciate the extra, like cleaning a closed off bedroom we had said she could skip, and deep cleaning some of the appliances that most places (rightfully) charge extra for (oven), but I let her know I would prefer everything regularly scheduled to be super clean in place of getting the extras and bonuses for free. OK, I have used Simply Crystal Clean once or twice a month for the past six months. Their quality of service has not diminished. My wife and I are difficult customers and had many last-minute schedule changes, but the owner was very accommodating to work with our schedule. Bottom line, what separates this company from many others is their superb cleaning services and fantastic customer service. We love the non-toxic cleaning materials that they use. We have a big family and we usually reserve vacation rental when we travel. We recently reserved a spot in Orange County near Disneyland. I have to say I was very impressed by how clean the vacation rental. While we were there I saw a Simply Crystal Clean flyer. I called them to come in and help us with a fast cleaning. Oh my God ! I explained to them which areas of my home needed the most attention and they were receptive to listening to my direction. This made me very motivated to receive the cleaning. • With the help of an environmental engineer, Simply Crystal Clean has sponsored an educational program to educate kids in elementary and middle schools about recycling, compost, waste management, and preserving environment.
• With affiliation of California Native Plant Society, Orange Co. Chapter, the company has dedicated itself to plant 100 trees annually to assist with the fast recovery of the burned area in 2017, and 2018 fire.
