I have been going to Simply clinics for waxing for years and it's my favourite choice in London. Competitive prices and very good service. My favourite beauty therapist is Francesca in Shepherd's Bush. She is professional, yet friendly and warm, very good at her job and with great attention to details. Her customer service skills are also great. Booking is easy, both online and by phone. I tend to book a week in advance to get a slot that works for me as they get booked up quick. I just want to mention Didi that does my hair removal and i think she is amazing and does her job with passion and perfection I cant emphasise highly enough her work I am soo happy that she has done my laser this last couple of times I wish she stays there in southgate and doesn’t move somewhere else

I was able to book an appointment for botox (underarms to treat axillary hyperhidrosis) via Treatwell 4 hours before the treatment time! They called immediately to politely request to move the appointment forward 45mins which was fine.
