We hired Burgess Renovations to complete a full refurbishment of our 1 bedroom flat in readiness to be put on the rental market. The works included a new kitchen, bathroom, electrical heaters, carpet and decorating throughout. All of this needed to be done within a reasonably tight turnaround.Simon, who runs Burgess Renovations, was friendly and professional throughout the project. Of all the contractors we initially met Simon gave us the most confidence that he could do the job, do it well and on time. The quote he gave us was very clear and thorough. It even included suggestions on how we could save money!Throughout the refurbishment Simon was very easy to work with, offering advice, suggestions and excellent project management. He gave us frequent updates via Whatsapp and sent lots of photos to show the works that had been completed, which we found very beneficial.Simon and his team have proven to be a skilful and entirely trustworthy tradesmen.
