Simon Khalil did a great job at shooting both our wedding and engagement photos! He is awesome at finding ways to make every shot he takes unique and special to highlight my wife and I. Prior to the wedding, he was able to meet with us in person and through phone conversations several times to ensure he captured what was important to both us, as well as our parents. The day of each event, he showed up early and was so charismatic and funny to keep the environment light and fun! Throughout the actual wedding, my wife and I didn't have to worry about a thing because he was on top of everything ensuring all of our special moments were captured. Simon photographed my wedding on 11/2 at the Fox Hollow in Long Island. He and his crew did an amazing job. They were patient, extremely friendly and a lot of fun to work with. He got all the shots I asked for. It rained the day of our wedding so we were not able to take many pictures outside. His creativity kicked in and he took some Great indoor shots. We first met Simon when we was part of the team that shot of our wedding in 2017. Simon is a genuinely kind guy and his cheerful personality makes shooting with him a joy. Neither my husband nor I are very photographic in overly posed pictures, but Simon did a great job of capturing some really nice poses as well as great candid moments. He was open to poses that we wanted and came prepared with suggestions for additional poses. We enjoyed working with him so much that we reached out to him to take some maternity photos when we were expecting our first earlier this year. And, I must say, I regret not having Simon take attend to pictures at our daughter's naming ceremony. We were rather underwhelmed at the photography capabilities of our friends and I wish it would have occurred to me to call Simon so that the event was better captured. More...
