Personal Training is the quickest, safest and most effective way of achieving all of your health and fitness goals. Each of my sessions are specially tailored to the individual clients needs and goals, with constantly changing content to maximize interest and try to pass on some of my passion for health and fitness.
I am a highly qualified REPs level 3 advanced trainer and all of my sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and lifestyle whilst always making sure they are hard work but fun. I have has spent a number of years working with people from all walks of life. I have a relaxed approach to training and I have helped many people achieve their goals. I have also worked as a Lifestyle Coach for the NHS. My take on training is you have to be there as a mentor and a coach, not just a personal trainer.
